3 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari

Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Afternoon Game Drive

Morning: Depart from Kampala or Entebbe (approximately 6-7 hours drive). You will pass through the equator for a quick photo stop and refreshments route, enjoy scenic views of the rolling hills, plantations, and local villages.

Afternoon: Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park around midday. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive in the Kasenyi Plains. Look out for wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, lions, antelopes, and various bird species.

Accommodation: Mweya Safari Lodge, Elephant Plains Lodge, or Enganzi Lodge.

Meals: Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Morning: Early morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains. This is the best time to spot predators like lions and hyenas as they hunt in the cool morning hours. Expect sightings of herds of Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, elephants, and other animals.

Afternoon: After lunch, enjoy a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel. The boat cruise offers excellent views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of waterbirds (such as pelicans, fish eagles, and cormorants) along the banks.

Optional evening activity: Take a nature walk or visit a local community for a cultural tour to learn about the traditions and ways of life of the surrounding communities.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 3: Optional Chimpanzee Trekking & Departure

Morning:Optional chimpanzee trekking in the Kyambura Gorge (available upon request). The gorge offers a unique trekking experience through its forested valley, where you may encounter a family of chimpanzees and other primates.

Alternatively, take a morning game drive in the Ishasha sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions.

Afternoon: Early lunch and then transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe, arriving in the late afternoon or evening.

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.
